I am a new client of Mr. Bernhard. From the initial consultation to the finalization of the insurance policy, Mr. Bernhard was consistently professional, friendly, personable, and competent. Even after finalizing the policies, I can still contact Mr. Bernhard with any questions. The advice and support he provides remain as friendly and competent as during our first conversation. My wife has also become a client of Mr. Bernhard. Regarding the collaboration: I appreciate that I can specify my needs before Mr. Bernhard selects a suitable insurance policy for me. My wishes have always been taken into account. Mr. Bernhard then selects the appropriate policy, and I, as the client, can compare the benefits and prices. In a phone call, Mr. Bernhard explains the insurance policies in more detail. Afterward, I was given time to make the final decision. Everything was handled calmly, and I never felt that selling an insurance policy was the primary focus. So far, we are very satisfied with Mr. Bernhard. If you are looking for a personable and competent insurance broker, he is the right choice. One more point: as a customer I get an app and it's great to have all documents and insurance information in the app, easily and transparently.
